NEW! [Vendor] Chat Hours Management

Although chat is available within Channel Program 24/7 your team may not be available all day-every day.

To best notify your ITSP partners of when someone on the team will be available, you can configure the office (support) hours.

Don’t worry, if a message is sent outside of these hours, you’ll still receive the offline email notification. The only change will be that the ITSP Partner who is messaging you outside of the posted hours will receive a message in the chat window advising them of the hours.

This configuration is completely optional.

IMPROVED! Vendor Partner Management

Previously while managing ITSP connections to your Channel Command portal there was a simple “are you sure” message presented.

We have enhanced this to allow you to provide a partnership type when accepting access, or a reason for declining/revoking access.
