NEW! Channel Command Resources
Whether you’re an ITSP (IT Service Provider) or a Vendor, you’ll have access to Channel Program resources. The content that is available will be based on your organization type.
As an ITSP, you can access the resources by clicking on the MSP Resources link from My Technology Stack.
As a Vendor, you can access the resources in a couple of ways.
- From the main landing page by clicking Channel Command from the banner.
- Your organization has Channel Command enabled. Click on Vendor Resources link from Manage My Channel Portal.
IMPROVED! Images for Calendar Events
Have you ever wanted to include an image when adding an event? Well now you can!
When adding an event in Channel Program, you’ll be able to add an image if you’d like. These will be optional, but highly recommended to make your event stand out among the rest.
MODIFIED! Company Profile Content and Channel Command
When Channel Command was initially implemented, we showed all public content from your company profile on your Channel Command portal. Which was great as it allowed you to get a jump start on setting up your portal.
However, we recognized that it was cumbersome to review each item to show it on the portal.
So, to help with that, we’ve made it so all content added to your Channel Program company profile will be readily available on your portal. No additional work required.
