2023 Release – December 18

NEW! Saved Document folders

As an MSP you’ve been branding your vendors documents for use with your team and clients.

Which is great, but there is no real organization to the files. Well, that has changed. You can now manage the files in folders of your own creation. This will allow your organization to find related content in a single location and be able to download all brandable content contained within.

NEW! Channel Command folders

As a Vendor with Channel Command, you’ve been adding content to your portal for your MSP partners. Previously, content was simply grouped by type – brandable content, vendor documentation, vendor assets, blog posts, and videos.

Like Saved Documents for MSPs, that has changed.

Now you can organize your files in folders of your own creation. This will allow your partners to find related content in a single location and be able to download all content contained within – except for blog posts and videos.

NEW! NaviStack invite

You love NaviStack and want to get the word out? But how do you do that? Well, you could post about it on your favorite social media platform.

Or you could share a link with your friend, colleague, or acquaintance you believe would get benefits from NaviStack. You could also allow us to send an email on your behalf.

IMPROVED! Invite to review

When viewing a product, you might have noticed an “Invite to Review” link, which when clicked opened a simple dialog box that allowed you to copy a prebuilt message.

Now you’ll have two ways to invite a friend, colleague, or acquaintance to review a product. The first is provide us with the email addresses and we’ll send out an email on your behalf. The other is to copy or share an improved message.

IMPROVED! Look and feel

We’re starting to revisit the application look and feel, usability, and overall workflow. These changes will be slowly rolled out release-over-release.

The first sections we look at improving was Saved Documents for MSPs and Channel Command portal for both Vendors and MSPs.

We hope you like the improvements we’ve made. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as more design improvements have been rolled out.
