NEW! Channel Command (PRM) content tags
As a Vendor you have the capability to upload content to your Channel Command (PRM) for your MSP partners to access.
As we all know. Content tags are a great way to improve organization and discovery.
When adding new content to your Channel Command (PRM) portal, you’ll be able to add one or more tags. This change is limited to adding new content at this time, the ability to update tags on content already uploaded is coming soon.
NEW! Weekly Channel Command (PRM) email
As an MSP, you’ve been granted access to your vendors Channel Command (PRM) portal. But how do you know when new content has been published?
Don’t worry we have you covered!
On Friday’s you’ll receive a summary email that detail the activities from the past 7-days. You’ll be able to see which of your vendors have added new content, or if any new events have been created.
This is a single summary email, which will show up to 5 vendors each week, and will only be sent if there was new activity during that week.
IMPROVED! Channel Command (PRM) connection management
Whether you’re a vendor or an MSP you can manage your Channel Command (PRM) connections.
As a vendor, not only can you invite MSP partners to join your portal, accept or decline access requests. But you can also remove MSP organizations who are no longer partnered with you.
As an MSP, not only can you request access, but you can also cancel a pending access request, or remove your organization from a vendor PRM.
